Deposition of Rubabah Khanum, Kulsum Khanum, and Halimah Khatun Khanum, daughters of the late Mashhadi Isma‘il Sandali-saz (chair-maker), regarding receiving their share of paternal and maternal inheritance from their brother, Aqa Mahmud, including household furnishings, copperware, dishes, clothing, and the shop's assets, with the exception of two pieces of land. They have settled their share with him in exchange for some nabat (crystal sugar). The two pieces of land remains shared by the siblings and its income will be divided among them.

The first settlement, between ʻAli Aqa Khan Yavar and his two sons, Haydar Quli Khan and Jaʻfar Quli Khan, exchanges properties, some of which belong to the mother of ʻAli Aqa Khan Yavar, for six mans [each man equals three kilograms] of wheat and 12000 dinars. Settlement between Ma‘sumah Khanum, daughter of the late Muzaffar al-Dawlah, and her husband, Hamid Mirza Yavar [artillery colonel], over her paternal inheritance for one charik [unit of weight] nabat. On June 4, 1880, Hamid Mirza Yavar transferred all the inheritance to Ma‘sumah Khanum for some nabat [crystal sugar] and one misqal [unit of weight] of silver.

Regarding Malakah Jahan's property tenant
Letter by Quch‘ali Muvaffaq al-Mulk, Malakah Jahan Khanum's steward, to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, recounting the actions of Riza Quli, a tenant of the Sa’in Qal‘ah and Nasir Abad properties, who has stolen some grains and refused to pay his rent, ousted Mirza ‘Ali Khan from the village, seizing his guns, horses, and household furnishings, harassed the village peasants, and captured and chained Haj Kalb‘ali and Haj Sabz‘ali, Malakah Jahan's stewards.

Petition regarding a burglary, 1910
Petition by Karbalayi ‘Abd al-Muhammad from Kurdistan to the Ministry of Interior regarding the burglary of his house as they were preparing for his deceased wife’s ceremony. One hundred-fifty tumans and some household items were stolen, which were traced back to a nearby house. The suspect is one of the four residents of the house and is named ‘Aziz. He claims to be an Ottoman national, but the writer asserts that he is a peasant from Rashih-Dih village in Marivan, Kurdistan. He complains against Mujarrab al-Dawlah, the government official who has freed the suspect.
